The Liaison is a small studio in Atlanta, Georgia that makes beautiful tools for the people you gather. This page explains what we collect when you use The Gathering and our apps, why, and what you can do about it. Questions are welcome at hello@theliaisonatl.com.
What we collect
When you join or sign in, we collect your email address. When you use our tools, we collect the details you enter to produce your results: your event details, the names and preferences you add, and any photos you upload. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
How our tools use AI
Our apps use artificial intelligence to turn what you enter into plans, menus, cocktails, and arrangements. To do that, we send the details you provide to our AI provider so it can generate your results. We do not use your details to train public models.
How we use your information
We use your information to run the tools, to deliver what you have bought, to keep your access working, and to send the occasional note about The Liaison. You can opt out of those notes at any time. We do not use your details for anything you did not come to us for.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the services that help us run the studio, such as Stripe for payments, our hosting, and our AI provider. We do not sell your information, and we never share it for advertising.
Cookies
We use only the essential cookies needed to keep you signed in and the apps working. We do not run advertising trackers.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time. Just write to hello@theliaisonatl.com and we will take care of it.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we will change the date at the top. For anything meaningful, we will do our best to let you know.
